Juniors: If you are interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT which can qualify you for The National Merit Scholarship Program it will be on October 20th.
The deadline to sign up and pay your $20 fee is Wednesday September 23rd. We are on a strict deadline so make sure you sign up before it's too late. If you have any questions, please reach out to your school counselor.

SENIORS: Your first PFL Seminar is this Thursday, 9/10/26, in the PAC from 9:38-10:18am. This is a graduation requirement. If you are unable to attend, a video will be posted in the Senior Schoology group for you to view and write a 1 page summary to turn into Mrs. Wilson.

School starts this Thursday, August 13th! We are excited to have the students back and begin another great year!
Reminders for the first two days:
-All students must have a school issued device - no personal devices. If you did not pick one up at enrollment, stop by the office on Thursday to get a computer.
-Thursday: Junior and Senior handbook meeting during Eagle Time (9:38) in the PAC. Seniors need to be there even if they do not have a morning class.
-Friday: Freshman and Sophomore handbook meeting during Eagle Time (9:38) in the PAC.

Reminder: If you plan to take Concurrent Classes at SWOSU this school year, you are required to attend the Concurrent Orientation. If you didn't attend today, make sure you attend on Monday August 10th at 1:00. This orientation is full of helpful information that you will need to know.

Parking Spots!!!
Any students that purchased a parking spot last year and would like to KEEP THE SAME PARKING SPOT for 26-27 school year need to email Mrs. Wilson ( kwilson@wpsok.org ) by July 31st!!!! Parking spots are $40 for the school year. Mrs. Wilson will be set up at enrollment to take payment for reserved spots and new spots. It will be first come first serve on new parking spots.

2027 SENIORS: Below is the panel picture schedule for July 21-23. If your child is unable to make the day or time scheduled, you need to contact Steve Wheeler at
stevewheelerphoto@gmail.com. It is a $25 sitting fee and you can pay with cash, check, or Venmo: @stevewheelerphoto (Make sure to provide child’s name and school in the Venmo payment). If your child is unable to make these July dates, there will be a retake day on October 28th.

Diplomas will be available to pick up at the High School office Tuesday 5/19 and Wednesday 5/20 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. After these dates, diplomas will be at the Administration Building for pickup.

WHS will have long lunch on both semester tests days this week. If you do NOT want your child to go off campus for lunch, please call the office.
If your child is exempt for semester tests, we are required to count them absent on those days (5/13 and 5/14) but you do not need to call the office.

All PFL summaries are due to Mrs. Wilson by MONDAY, MAY 4th. This is a requirement for graduation.
